Terms of Service

By booking Ashley Davis Photography, clients agree to the terms outlined in their signed photography agreement. A retainer and completed contract are required to reserve your date; remaining balances are due as stated in your invoice. Sessions and wedding coverage are subject to availability, weather, location access, and applicable travel, parking, toll, or venue fees. Final images are professionally edited and delivered in a private online gallery for 30 days; optional archive access is available for $12/month or $120/year, subject to continued availability. Images are for personal use, and professional prints may be ordered directly through your gallery. Clients may not alter, reproduce, sell, or submit images for publication or commercial use without written permission from Ashley Davis Photography.
